Newborn and Infant Photography

While missing teeth and skinned knees will make for memorable portraits as they grow, nothing beats having your newborn baby and growing infant photographed during that first year.

Generally, newborn sessions are done within the first 2 weeks after delivery. We often shoot these in our client’s home (much easier for mom than packing up all the baby’s stuff!) or in our home studio in La Habra, CA. Our newborn photography style is very clean and simple and we do not provide sets or props. Usually, our clients choose a few special items to have their newborn photographed with – such as a handmade blanket, a favorite stuffed animal, etc.

Throughout the following months, the portrait sessions we do marking milestones can be done on-location or in-home. And cake smashes are our absolute favorite shoot of baby’s first year!

As with all our portrait sessions, a newborn or infant session includes the session time as well as the high resolution, fully retouched and copyright released images for you to print from, publish online, or share however you want. We give our clients all the best images from their shoot – and there are no additional charges or prices after your shoot. The session fee covers it all! (Although occasionally our clients do request we special order our high end canvases, albums or greeting cards for them).

Newborn portrait sessions are $300 for locations within North Orange County.
